(Colors are most accurate in the flat lay pics - dress is more green than blue.) Center panel has a grid and watercolor florals print. Side panels and sleeves feature a ditsy floral print fabric with a slight crinkle texture. Scoop neckline with keyhole tie-front. Fitted, smocked elastic high waist. Very delicate, sheer gauze fabric with floaty drape. Preowned, excellent condition - brand/fabric content labels cut. Hand wash only. Flexible fit due to open bust and stretchy waist.
